Omokoroa Medical Centre Complex

Marra Construction was contracted by Bethlehem Doctors to complete the base build and fit-out of a new Medical Centre in Omokoroa.  The medical centre comprised four consultancy rooms, a surgery, resuscitation room, nurses room, reception area and offices.

In addition, the scope of the works was for the construction of two buildings comprising a total of 1112m² and associated fitout of all units, including a pharmacy, dentist, physio, Vetcare, ambulance station and two retail units.

Works were completed November 2011 on time and to budget.
