Marra Construction negotiated with the developers (Doctor Davitt and Pamela Sheahan) and the Architects Chow Hill (Tony Gray) for a new medical centre in Domain Road, Papamoa. This included assistance in the planning and resource consent documentation and also all preliminary budgeting.
This contract was awarded on a GMP basis. The scope of the works included a two-level standalone building consisting of seven consulting rooms. The ground floor comprised of consultancy rooms, reception area, offices, nurses’ station and treatment rooms.
The upper level includes a staff area and lounge and filing rooms.
