Arataki Community Centre

Tauranga City Council provided a specific performance brief for the proposed building use, and an overall project budget, to which Marra Construction responded with a building proposal that exceeded the brief, and met the functional demands of the community centre.

The project was tendered on a Design & Build basis and the tender was won by a margin of $500,000 over the competing Tenderers. This emphasises  Marra Construction’s ability to provide a quality building to a client imposed budget.
