Bayfair Entry Upgrade
Marra Construction completed the entry upgrade to the Bayfair Shopping Complex located in Mount Maunganui in September 2010.
The project involved alterations within the existing shopping mall and additional shopping areas built in the existing car parking area. All demolition and alteration work was carried out within an operational public facility, and where required staff worked outside normal opening hours to accommodate the operation of the shopping centre.
