A new canopy structure covering approximately 100m of corporate seating involved building reconstruction, services relocation and reinstatement beneath stands and considerable design procurement planning.

Significant timeline challenges were faced throughout the project as design stage changes resulted in a significantly reduced the construction period. The end date of 15 April 2011 could not change due to the first Super 15 rugby match being played at the site however Marra Construction acheived completion of the project and delivered this contract on time and under budget.
