Papamoa Beach Apartments

This project was initially tendered in 2004, afterwhich Marra was invited to negotiate a contract to suit the client's budget. Local architect Dennis Pocock designed and project managed the contract which was completed in 6 months with no delays or cost overuns.

The design incorporated precast and insitu concrete floor and wall components, with some block work partition walls. All exterior surfaces were then plastered.

Large decks to all apartments and curved fascia's gave the building a softer appearance.

Extensive glazing was installed to make full use of the sea views.
