Cameron Ridge, Tauranga

Marra completed this $5 million project for a group of local investors and in situation on Cameron Road in Taurangas' CBD.  The original “base build” contract was extended to include the fitout of the anchor tenant, ABN Amro Craigs (now known as Craigs Investment Partners).

The project was tendered competitively in 2005, with completion achieved in October after an 8 month construction period. 

This office and retail project consists of two levels above ground and one level of basement parking.  The total floor area of the building is 3,680 m² consisting of a combination of precast and in situ concrete walls and floors as well as precast concrete columns, beams and panels. The roof is predominantly a flat profile of colour steel and Butynol rubber.

The exterior consists of extensive curtain wall glazing including specially designed louvers to produce an appealing design which assists the mechanical air conditioning to function economically.

The entire project required high quality finishes throughout and was completed on schedule and to budget.
