Monmouth House

This contract was negotiated with two legal firms who were to own and tenant the entire 1100m2 building.

Marra Construction carried out both the base building and the fitout for this project. The benefits of doing both were highlighted by an early delivery date with savings gained from work duplication which would not have been recognised had the contracts been assigned separately.

Both tenancies were delivered within budget and on time.
