Rotorua District Council Service Centre
Marra Construction were contracted to complete the upgrade and fitout of the existing Rotorua District Council buildings in 2007. The work involved construction of an administration area joining the two seperate existing Council buildings, while the building continued to operate. 
The project was located in a geothermal area in an operating working environment and required a high focus on Health and Safety.
A 9m high Pou was required to be located within the existing building and an understanding of the Council and local Maori customs was required.
The project was completed within time and under budget.
