The project consisted of numerous work spaces including extensions to the coolstores, canopies, packhouse, administration areas and hardstands. This required very careful planning and a robust methodology. Each separate area was built within programme. The Client/Contractor team relationship greatly assisted programming and completion.

Largest Free Span Building in New Zealand.
These major works included a fully Designed and Built Packhouse facility of 6000m2 having a clear span of 80m, which at the time, was the largest clear span building of this type in New Zealand. This area enabled Eleos to have flexibility in the set-out of the grading machines and other packhouse equipment and for ensured versatility in the future.
