Pahoia School and Apata Community Hall

Marra Construction tendered successfully for the design and build of this Community Hall located on the Pahoia School grounds and construction commenced in 2010. 

This project was completed meeting the design criteria of both Clients - the Pahoia School Board of Trustees and the Apata Community Hall Incorporated Society - and fulfilling the expectations of the combined client trustees.

Construction occured within an active school environment and Marra worked closely with the school to ensure that consistent Health and Safety requirements were maintained throughout the entire construction process.

The project was completed mid 2011 on schedule and to budget.
