Bethlehem Town Centre Fitout

This project consisted of fitting out numerous outlets within a new commercial “town” centre. The “base build” work was completed by Marra for AMP to a value of approximately $16.5 million and each of the tenant fit outs were completed after the sign-off of the base build project.

Fitouts varied in duration but averaged about 6 – 8 weeks. These were all completed during 2007 and 2008. With a $1.5 million combined value these fitouts for various clients were completed on time and to budget.
