Cameron Ridge Office and Retail Fitout

The Cameron Ridge office and retail project consisted of two levels above ground and one level of basement parking. The original “base build” contract was extended to include the fitout of the anchor tenant, ABN Amro Craigs (now known as Craigs Investment Partners).

The fitout work provided 'A Grade' office space with striped solid timber panelling, movement activated light fittings, premium quality carpeting and timber joinery to name some of the quality finishes introduced.

As the site was located within the Tauranga CBD, consideration had to be given to the associated public safety, traffic control and delivery co-ordination.

The fit out was completed to a very high level of finish and was completed to a very tight time frame with extensive services reticulated through the building.
