Inland Revenue Fitout, Hamilton

In 2009 Marra Construction carried out modifications to the existing kitchen at the Inland Revenue offices in Hamilton.  While this project was small in terms of its construction cost, co-ordination of the trades was pivotal to the project success.

The installation of new kitchen equipment and chillers needed to be performed in a manner to mitigate disruption to the on-site caterers, who continued to use the facility during construction.

Marra was selected as the preferred Contractor for this project due to its strong company history, occupied space experience and being a local building company.

While not contracted to do so, Marra has provided an additional service by co-ordinating suppliers and subcontractors working directly to the IRD which ensured that the project ran smoothly.
