The Hub Fitout

This project commenced in October 2007 and was completed in August 2008. The project timeframe allowed for completion of the building and the fitout. The base build project value was $5.25 million with the additional fitout totalling $900,000.

The fit out contract for this project involved fitting out the law firm of HOBEC and the accounting practice of RHB. Both of these fit outs were carried out concurrently with the base building project although this involved separate architectural consultants, pricing to independent quantity surveyors and working to different specifications.

The interior fitout work for HOBEC has delivered a modern open plan office with clear glass office spaces and trend setting client reception areas. The project was awarded a New Zealand Institute of Architects award which is indicative of the quality of workmanship delivered.
