St Pias Catholic Church was constructed in 2008/09 in Katikati on a "green fields" site.
The project consisted of a new 550 m2 building which comprised the church, a vestry, administration rooms and a kitchen. All were onstructed in a conventional manner with a structural steel and timber frame clad in a combination of brick-work and “Nu wall” aluminium cladding.
The project was completed on time and to budget.
